Programa

Dia 1 - City Tour (Historic and Modern Lima)

The tour begins with a hotel pick-up and starts with a panoramic view of Huaca Pucllana, an ancient pre-Inca ceremonial center located in Miraflores.

Next, you visit the Historic Center of Lima, where you will admire important monuments such as the Plaza Mayor, Plaza San Martín, the Government Palace, the Lima Cathedral, the Archbishop’s Palace, and several colonial mansions with traditional balconies.

The experience continues with a visit to the Central Reserve Bank Museum, which houses a valuable collection of ceramics, textiles, and gold objects from Peru’s pre-Columbian cultures.

Afterwards, the tour visits the San Francisco Monuments Complex, one of the best examples of colonial religious art in the Americas, including access to the underground catacombs.

Finally, the tour heads towards modern Lima, touring the districts of San Isidro and Miraflores, where you will visit iconic places such as El Olivar Forest, the Love Park (Parque del Amor), the boardwalk, and the Larcomar shopping center, with privileged views of the Pacific Ocean.

The tour concludes with a return to the hotel.

Note: The Central Reserve Bank Museum is closed to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, and closed all day on Mondays.

Día 2 - Ballestas Islands and Huacachina Oasis

Pickup from the hotel in Miraflores between 4:50 AM and 5:00 AM.
05:30 AM: Departure to the Paracas resort (approximately 4 hours of travel) in tourist transportation from the designated meeting point.
09:30 AM: Arrival in Paracas, we will head to the El Chaco dock. From this place, we will depart to the Ballestas Islands on modern speedboats, where you can enjoy a wonderful tour of the Ballestas Islands, located in the Paracas Bay. There, you can appreciate this wonder of nature and the wild marine life, such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, black cormorants or guanay, flamingos, parihuanas, and various seabirds. The sea lions will likely approach the boat, and many penguins can be seen in the water. Thousands of seabirds fly between the islands, and you may see their nests on the rocks.
You will also appreciate the Candelabro, where the guide will narrate the different hypotheses about its formation (approximately 1:45 hrs duration).
Those who choose to stay can enjoy the sun and the sea breeze at this beautiful resort, where you will find good restaurants with delicious dishes.
11:30 AM: Departure to the city of Ica.
12:30 PM: Arrival at Huachachina. Excursion to the Huachachina Oasis, located just 5 km from the center of Ica. In this beautiful lagoon, visitors can enjoy the tranquility of the place and walk around looking for good photos.
Time for an excursion in the Ica desert on buggies and sandboarding. Visit to La Chocolatería Noelia, located nearby, where we will taste the traditional chocoteja, alfajores, jams, artisanal cookies, filled mousse, etc.
01:30 PM: Excursion to Bodega Nietto, where grape brandy, famously known as Pisco, is produced. The old Bodega Fundo Tres Esquinas, where we will show you the entire process of how Peruvian wine and Pisco are made artisanally since 1856, guided by an experienced worker from the winery. Here, we will find antique pieces like clay jars and Huarango copper presses used today.
After visiting the winery facilities, visitors will be invited to taste the main products made at the winery: wines, piscos, Pisco creams, macerados, and mistelas, accompanied by dynamic phrases typical of the city of Ica.
Lunch (not included).

Día 3 - City Tour in Cusco

  • Transfer from your Hotel in Miraflores to the Airport.

  • Pickup from Cusco Airport to your respective Hotel.

CITY TOUR

The City Tour in Cusco is an excellent way to explore the rich history and culture of the ancient capital of the Inca Empire. This half-day tour will take you to the main tourist attractions in the city and its surroundings.

VISITS:

  • Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun): An ancient Inca temple dedicated to the god Inti, later converted into the Santo Domingo Convent within the city of Cusco.

  • Sacsayhuamán: An impressive Inca fortress built with enormous stone blocks.

  • Qenqo: A ceremonial site featuring underground labyrinths.

  • Puca Pucara: An ancient military and surveillance center.

  • Tambomachay: Known as the "Inca Bath," this site is related to the water cult.

Dia 4 - Sacred Valley VIP

The Sacred Valley VIP Tour is a full-day experience designed to deeply explore the cultural, scenic, and archaeological richness of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

The tour begins with a hotel pickup between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on the hotel location. The first stop is the picturesque town of Chinchero, where you will visit traditional textile workshops and a colonial church built on Inca walls.

Next, we visit Moray, an ancient Inca agricultural laboratory featuring circular terraces that demonstrate the Incas' advanced knowledge of microclimates.

The following stop is the Maras Salt Mines, a complex of thousands of salt ponds exploited since pre-Inca times, located on the slopes of a mountain.

Then, in Urubamba, enjoy a buffet lunch with a selection of typical Peruvian dishes.

The tour continues to Ollantaytambo, where you will explore an imposing Inca fortress with spectacular views and stone streets that preserve the original Inca layout.

Día 5 - Machu Picchu – Full Day

The Machupicchu Tour includes hotel pickup (according to the entrance schedule) to take you to the bus station for the ride up to Machupicchu. The bus ride from the town of Aguas Calientes to Machupicchu takes about 40 minutes.

The guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours. The guide will explain the history of Machupicchu and the most important Inca sites as you explore each area. At the end of the tour, the guide will say goodbye to you and the group. Then, you will take the bus back down to the town of Aguas Calientes.

Lunch is included.

Next, you will take the return train from the Aguas Calientes station to Ollantaytambo station. Upon arrival, transportation will be waiting to return you to Cusco.

Finally, you will be dropped off at your respective accommodation in downtown Cusco.

Día 6 - Humantay Lake

The tour begins with a pickup from your hotel in Cusco according to your accommodation location between 4:00 am and 4:30 am. Next, we head by tourist transport to the town of Mollepata, where there is a stop to have breakfast and prepare for the hike. Then, we continue by vehicle to Soraypampa (approximately 3,900 meters above sea level), the starting point of the hike to Humantay Lagoon.

From Soraypampa, there is a moderate difficulty hike lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, ascending to Humantay Lagoon, located at about 4,200 meters above sea level. Along the way, you will cross stunning Andean landscapes and can take photos of the spectacular turquoise waters of the lagoon.

After spending time at the lagoon, the group returns on foot to Soraypampa to take transportation back to Mollepata, where a typical lunch is enjoyed. Finally, the tour returns to Cusco, concluding around 6:00 PM.

Día 7 - RAINBOW MOUNTAIN

The tour begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Cusco, depending on your location, between 4:00 am and 4:30 am. You will travel by tourist transport to the town of Cusipata, where there is a stop for breakfast. Then, the journey continues by vehicle to the starting point of the hike in the Phulawasipata area, located at over 4,600 meters above sea level.

From there, a moderate uphill hike begins, lasting about 1 hour, crossing high Andean landscapes with llamas, alpacas, and stunning views of snow-capped mountains.

Upon reaching the viewpoint of Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), situated at more than 5,000 meters above sea level, visitors have time to enjoy the scenery, take photographs, and, weather permitting, observe part of the nearby Red Valley. After the visit, the group descends back to the starting point where the transport awaits.

Then, there is a stop for lunch in Cusipata; finally, the tour returns to the city of Cusco, arriving around 4:45 pm in the city center.

Día 8 - Free Day

Día 9 - SUN ROUTE CUSCO - PUNO

  • Hotel pickup at 6:00 am; bus departure at 7:00 am. Along the way, you will pass by various enchanting places full of magic and ancestral history, such as:

    The Sistine Chapel of the Americas or Andahuaylillas Chapel, the impressive Temple of the god Wiracocha, the majestic La Raya Pass (road boundary between Cusco and Puno – with views of Chimboya snow-capped mountain), and the mythical Pukara Lithic Museum.

    Arrival in Puno at 5:00 pm.

Día 10 - UROS AND TAQUILE ISLANDS

  • The tour begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Puno and a transfer to the port on Lake Titicaca. From there, you will take a boat to the Floating Islands of the Uros, where the local inhabitants explain how they build and maintain their islands made of totora reeds, as well as share aspects of their daily life. Optionally, you can take a short ride on a traditional totora reed raft.

    Next, the journey continues to Taquile Island, home to a Quechua community famous for its textile culture, which has been declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. You will take a walk around the island to visit the main square, learn about local customs, and see the traditional textiles. A traditional lunch made with Andean products is served at a local restaurant.

    After the visit, you will return to the port to board the boat back to the city of Puno, where the tour ends with a transfer back to your hotel.

Día 11 - COUNTRYSIDE TOUR IN PANORAMIC BUS

At the chosen time, the tour begins with pickup from the hotel in downtown Arequipa or the Plaza de Armas. From the upper deck of the bus, you will enjoy the best views of all the main tourist attractions in the city of Arequipa, with the option to get off the bus at the following stops.

The City Tour + Arequipa Countryside offers a journey through the city’s main attractions and its rural surroundings. Visits include the Carmen Alto Viewpoint, with views of the Chilina Valley and the Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Pichu volcanoes; the Yanahuara Viewpoint, famous for its sillar stone arches; and the Historic Center, including the Plaza de Armas and colonial mansions. Optionally, you can enter the Monastery of Santa Catalina, an impressive 16th-century religious citadel.

The tour continues to the Arequipa countryside, with stops at the Sabandía Mill, an old sillar stone mill surrounded by nature; the Paucarpata terraces, agricultural terraces of pre-Hispanic origin; and the Founder’s Mansion, a historic colonial house also available for optional visits.

Día 12 - COLCA CANYON

Hotel pickup in downtown Arequipa at 3:30 am – Departure from Arequipa towards Chivay. After approximately 3 hours of travel, we will arrive at the town of Chivay, where we will enjoy a delicious breakfast. After breakfast, we will head to the Condor Cross Viewpoint, located 30 minutes away. This is the observation point for the Colca Canyon and the spectacular flight of the condor. We will spend about 45 minutes here to admire the beauty of the Colca Canyon.

On the way back, we will stop at various viewpoints in the area to observe the impressive terraces of the valley and at the town of Maca, where we will see its church and optionally taste local drinks such as the Colca Sour, made from regional products. Before lunch, we will enjoy a relaxing bath in the Yanque Hot Springs (optional entrance), whose thermal medicinal waters range from 35°C to 38°C in the pools.

12:30 pm – Lunch in Chivay.

We begin our return journey to Arequipa, stopping at the Volcanoes Viewpoint, which is also the highest point on the route (4,800 meters above sea level), where we will appreciate much of the western mountain range. Then, we will make a short stop at the Toccra Bofedales, where you can observe many alpacas grazing freely. Passing along the Chachani snow-capped mountain towards Pampa Cañahuas, we will see vicuñas that roam freely in this area.

Día 13 - Farewell

Transfer from the hotel to Arequipa Airport.
